Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy applies to all physical and digital purchases made through our website.
- Shipping Rates
· Order total ≥ $99 → Free shipping
· $50 ≤ Order total < $99 → Shipping fee $9.90
· Order total < $50 → Shipping fee $19.90
· Online tutorials (digital products) → Free shipping (instant access via account or email)
Rates are calculated based on the subtotal of physical items (excluding taxes and other fees) and will be displayed at checkout.
- Order Processing & Production Time
Processing times vary by product type, as detailed below:
· In-stock parts and finished products: Warehouse handling takes 3‑5 business days (from payment confirmation to shipment handoff).
· Custom material kits (requiring manual assembly): Assembly handling takes 5‑10 business days.
· Custom-made products (made from scratch): Production takes 10‑15 business days, after which the order will be shipped immediately.
All times listed above are processing/production days and do not include shipping transit time. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days. If an order contains multiple product types, the total processing time will be based on the longest category. We will do our best to complete the order promptly and notify you by email once it has been shipped.
- Delivery Time & Carriers
· Standard shipping takes 10‑20 business days after the order has been dispatched (processing time not included).
· Actual delivery may vary slightly depending on destination, customs clearance, weather, and carrier routes.
· We work with major carriers including USPS, FedEx, DHL eCommerce, and local postal services. The carrier is selected automatically based on the shipping address and package weight.
· Expedited shipping is not offered at this time. Please contact us if you need faster delivery.
- Potential Issues During Transit
· Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot predict or pay them on your behalf. If a package is abandoned or returned due to refusal of customs fees, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
· Lost or Delayed Shipments
Occasionally carriers experience delays, missing scans, or lost packages. If you have not received your order within 30 business days after dispatch, please contact us at [customer service email/form]. We will initiate a carrier investigation. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund (excluding original shipping fees).
· Incorrect Address
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned or undeliverable due to an address error provided by the buyer, the buyer is responsible for the reshipment cost.
· Damaged Package
If the outer packaging shows obvious damage upon arrival, please take photos, refuse the delivery (if possible), and notify us immediately. Damage claims filed after the package has been accepted may not be honored.
- Digital Tutorials (No Physical Shipping)
Digital tutorials are delivered electronically. A download link or online access is automatically sent after purchase. Because of the nature of digital products, they are non‑refundable unless the file is defective.
